This article is about paper quilling,Paper quilling is a way to assemble paper using repetition and technique. Extra patience is required when working on a paper quilling pattern or design, however, actually paper quilling is easy to make and arrange into a unique work. Fine motor skills are fine manipulation abilities (Fine Manipulative Skills) which involve the proper use of the hands and fingers, such as in writing and drawing activities. Fine motor skills focus on hand and eye coordination abilities. This research was discussed using qualitative methods. The subjects of this research were group B1 children with a total of 10 children consisting of 5 boys and 5 girls. Data collection techniques through the field were divided into three parts, namely: observation, interviews and documentation. The results of this research show that the implementation of Paper Quilling Media in improving the fine motor skills of early childhood children in Group B at TKIT Al Azhar Kediri has increased. This is proven by the results of activities using paper quiling media carried out in class B. It appears that the achievements have been very effective, most of the children are very enthusiastic about participating in learning with very good results from paper quiling activities. On the indicator of rolling the paper, 6 children were able to follow the teacher's instructions to roll it neatly and achieved the BSH score. Likewise, with the indicator of gluing the paper, 6 children were able to glue it neatly with the BSH score.
