Abstract

Islamic Ethics and Law play a significant role in shaping morality and the legal framework in Muslim societies. In the context of corruption and nation-building, effective strategies that integrate the values of akhlaq (morality) and principles of Islamic law become pertinent. This article explores key concepts within Islamic ethics and law and analyzes how the implementation of these strategies can combat corruption and advance nation-building. Considering the ethical and legal aspects within Islam, this research highlights the importance of a holistic approach involving education, law enforcement, and institutional development in creating a just and integrity-driven society.
