Abstract

Islamic ethics and law are fundamental pillars in building a civil society. This study explores their roles and interactions in shaping societal norms and behaviors. By examining Islamic teachings and legal principles, this research aims to elucidate their significance in fostering moral conduct and ensuring justice within a community. The synergy between Islamic ethics and law serves as a cornerstone for constructing a harmonious and equitable society. Through an interdisciplinary approach, this study delves into the ethical framework provided by Islamic teachings and its alignment with legal structures, highlighting their complementary nature in promoting social cohesion and individual accountability. Ultimately, Islamic ethics and law emerge as vital components in nurturing a civil society founded on principles of righteousness, compassion, and fairness.
