In various regions, especially remote or underdeveloped areas, there is still inequality in access to basic services such as health, education, and government administration. This study aims to examine fairness in access to services in the regions through a philosophy of science approach that includes aspects of ontology, epistemology, and axiology, and is reviewed from the perspective of hadith science. In the perspective of hadith science, many narrations emphasize the importance of leaders being fair to their people, including in the distribution of services. The hadith of the Prophet Muhammad SAW which states that "Each of you is a leader, and every leader will be held accountable for his leadership" is a strong moral foundation in the context of equal distribution of services. This study concludes that the realization of justice in public services requires integration between scientific approaches, state ethics, and prophetic values reflected in Islamic teachings.
2025-07-01T00:00:00+00:00 Copyright (c) 2025 Kusuma: Jurnal Pengabdian kepada Masyarakat https://ojs.staisdharma.ac.id/index.php/kjpkm/article/view/467 Pembuktian Surat Dakwaan Mengenai Tindak Pidana Penghinaan (Pencemaran Nama Baik) yang Diatur dalam Pasal 310 Ayat 1 KUH Pidana Dihubungkan dengan Undang-Undang No. 40 Tahun 1999 Tentang Pers 2025-06-30T15:23:42+00:00 Kusyana Kusyana yanakus246@gmail.com
The law enforcement process is a continuous activity carried out by the apparatus (officers) according to the needs of the law, where law enforcement must be fair and impartial. Muscle mass loss occurs gradually from the age of 30 and accelerates markedly after the age of 65, increasing the risk of disability, cardiovascular disease, and mortality. Early detection of sarcopenia through handgrip strength measurement is considered an effective and practical method due to its non-invasive nature and ease of application in community settings. This activity aimed to screen handgrip strength among the adult population in Cengkareng to detect potential sarcopenia and raise awareness of the importance of maintaining muscle strength. The Plan–Do–Check–Action (PDCA) approach was employed as a continuous improvement framework for the activity. The screening was conducted at Cengkareng Indah Baptist School, West Jakarta, involving 67 participants. The results showed that 25 participants (37.32%) had low handgrip strength.
